When in a car behind someone going slower than the speed limit, I tend to wonder why they are driving as they are at the moment. When they're going faster than the limit, the reasons are more obvious: generally they're either in a hurry or they are jags that don't think the rules apply to them.
When they're slower, the possibilities open up a bit more. Do they not know what the limit is? No, that can't be it as we just passed by a speed limit sign. Are they looking for an address? Do they have nowhere to go and are just driving around randomly in an effort to get in someone's way? Are they lost? Does their car not go any faster than it's currently traveling? Are they just an idiot?
Then comes the moment of truth. You've been on a one lane road and couldn't pass them. As you prepare to make a turn, you start to hope that they won't be turning as well.
Will you luck out?!? This time, yes. Relax already.
Other cars annoy me.
